摘要
目的系统评价新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎实施集束化护理的效果。方法 2014年9月,应用计算机检索2008-2013年国内公开发表的新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎实施集束化护理和常规护理后观察临床效果的文献资料,采用RevMan 5.3统计软件进行统计学分析。结果依据纳入和排除标准,最终纳入文献12篇。与常规护理相比,集束化护理在降低新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率、缩短机械通气时间和住院天数方面的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论集束化护理在降低新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率、缩短机械通气时间和减少住院天数的效果优于常规护理,值得推广。
Objective To systematically review the effect of cluster nursing on neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods Searching the domestic published literatures about clinical effect of cluster nursing and conventional nursing implemented on neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia with computer,and the data were analyzed by RevMan5.3Software.Results According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,12 articles were included in the study.Compared with conventional nursing,the cluster nursing has statistical significance in reducing the incidence of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia,shorting the mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization days（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusions The effect of cluster nursing on reducing the incidence of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia,shortening mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization days is superior than conventional nursing.
