摘要
为了合理地二次利用铁尾矿,设置了2种不同的取代工况,即利用磨碎的粉状铁尾矿取代水泥和利用铁尾矿砂取代细骨料,研究了不同取代率下铁尾矿混凝土的工作性能与抗压性能(3,7,28d,棱柱体)。试验结果表明,适量的水泥取代率能够使混凝土的流动性能变强,使其各指标抗压强度均出现降低,龄期越大,降低幅度越小;细骨料取代工况下,混凝土的流动性能变差,掺量越高,流动性能损失越大,混凝土抗压强度随掺量的增加有先升高后降低的趋势;掺量为50%时,能获得较好的抗压性能。2种工况对棱柱体与立方体的抗压强度比值α1的影响大致相同,α1的取值为0.80~0.84。
In order to reuse iron tailings reasonably,by designing two different replacement conditions,using powdered iron tailings to replace cement and using iron tailings sand to replace fine aggregate,the working properties and compressive strength(3,7,28 d,prism)of the iron tailings concrete under different replacement rate are studied.The experimental result shows that appropriate cement replacement rate can improve the flow performance of the concrete,and the compressive strength of each index decreases-the later the age,the lower the decrease.Under the fine aggregate substitution condition,the flow performance becomes poor-the higher the amount,the bigger the loss.The compressive strength of the concrete increases first and then decreases with the increasing amount of the fine aggregate.When the adding amount is 50%,better compressive strength can be obtained.The influence of the two replacement conditions onα1,the ratio of compressive strength between the prism and the cube,are roughly the same,and theα1value range is 0.80~0.84.
