摘要
为研究九轴全地面起重机在真实工况下的轴荷分布,建立了柔性车架动力学仿真模型与刚性车架计算模型,运用柔性体动力学相关理论,并通过ANSYS与ADAMS的联合仿真,将柔性车架轴荷仿真结果与刚性车架轴荷计算结果进行对比分析,表明了柔性车架动力学仿真模型能够比较真实的反映出轴荷的实际分布情况,从而验证了柔性车架动力学仿真模型的正确性。
To study the axle load distribution of nine-shaft all terrain crane under actual working condition, the dy- namics simulation models of flexible and rigid frames were established. By utilizing the relevant theory of flexible system dynamics and comparing with the axle load of rigid frame model, through the collaborative simulation of AN- SYS and ADAMS, it was confirmed that the dynamics simulation model of flexible frame could reflect actual distri- bution condition, and the accuracy of dynamics simulation model of flexible frame was verified.
