从DBE残渣中回收五氧化二钒

摘要 针对DBE残渣的特点,采用强碱焙烧、湿磨浸出、酸性沉钒以及多钒酸铵热解的工艺路线回收五氧化二钒,产品达到了化工级质量标准要求。最佳操作条件为,焙烧温度:450~500℃,焙烧时间:2.5~3.0h,L/S=5:1,浸出温度:80-90℃,浸出时间:3.0~3.5h,钒的浸出率达到97.4%以上,加铵系数:0.4^0.8,钒沉淀率在97.0%以上,钒酸铵分解温度:450~600℃。 According to the characteristics of DBE residue, the recovery of vanadium pentoxide is adopted by the following processes: alkali roasting, wet grinding, leaching by deionized wate, precipitation of vanadium by acid ammonium salt and ammonium polyvanadate (APV) pyrolysis, then the product can meet the Chemical class standard. The optimum conditions of processes: the temperature and time of roasting is 450-500 ℃, 2.5-3.0 h, L/S=5 : 1, the temperature and time of leaching is 80-90 ℃, 3.0-3.5 h, the leaching efficiency of vanadium can reach 97.4 %; NH4Cl/V2O5 ratio is 0.4-0.8, the precipitation proportion of vanadium can reach 97.0 %, the temperature of APV thermal decomposition is 450-600 ℃.
