响应面法优化大黄鱼内脏鱼油提取工艺 被引量:2

Optimization of extraction process for fish oil from Pseudosciaena crocea viscera by response surface methodology

摘要 为了优化大黄鱼内脏鱼油的提取工艺条件。以鱼油提取率为指标,考察了不同酶解时间、酶添加量、酶解温度、料液比和pH值对大黄鱼内脏鱼油提取率的影响,采用响应面法优化大黄鱼内脏提取鱼油的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:酶解时间、酶添加量和酶解温度对大黄鱼内脏鱼油提取率的影响显著,最佳工艺条件为:酶解时间2 h、酶添加量3000 U/g、酶解温度50℃、料液比1:6 g/mL、pH值8,在此条件下,鱼油的提取率为(63.8±0.57)%。 The study aimed to optimize extraction of fish oil from Pseudosciaena crocea viscera.Using extraction rate as evaluation index,the effects of time of hydrolysis,enzyme concentration,temperature of hydrolysis,liquid-material ratio,and pH value of fish oil extraction rate were researched.The response surface methodology were used to determine the optimum conditions to extract fish oil from Pseudosciaena crocea viscera.The optimal extraction conditions were: time of 2 h,enzyme concentration 3000 U/g,temperature 50 ℃,liquid-material ratio 1:6 g/mL,and pH value 8.With the optimal conditions,the extraction rate of fish oil was up to(63.8±0.57)%.
