摘要 幼儿园是教师成长的基地,教科研是促进教师专业成长的重要途径。幼儿园教科研中心组,通过创设交流平台、聚焦共同困惑、搭建展示空间等研修平台,切实满足教师研修需求,激发教师研修内驱力,从而不断提高教师教育与科研的双重能力,加快专业化发展进程。 Kindergarten teachers’ growth takes place in their post. Teaching and research is an important way promoting their development. The paper analyzes kindergarten teaching and research center’s roles in providing platforms for teachers to share experience, discuss problems, worries and so on to satisfy their study needs which improve teachers’ abilities to teach and research, quicken their professional development.
