摘要
目的 探讨免疫细胞化学技术在胸腹水细胞学诊断中的意义。方法 在 2 17例胸腹水细胞涂片中应用免疫细胞化学SP法检测癌胚抗原 (CEA)、细胞角蛋白 (cytokeratin ,CK)、波形蛋白 (vimentin)及钙结合素 (calretinin)的表达 ,并与HE染色比较。结果 腺癌中CEA、CK均为 (+) ;鳞癌中CK(+)、CEA部分 (+) ,而vimentin和calretinin(- ) ;间皮瘤、增生间皮细胞中CK、vimentin和calretinin为 (+) ,CEA为 (- )。结论 免疫细胞化学技术可应用于胸腹水细胞学涂片 ,选择特异的抗体 (CEA、CK、vimentin、calretinin)可以在癌细胞。
Objective To explove significance of immunohistochemistry in cytological diagnosis of pleural and peritoneal effusion Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of CEA, CK, vimentin and calretinin in 217 cases of pleural and peritoneal effusion's cytological smears, and the results were compared with HE staining Results CEA and CK were all positively expressed in adenocarcinomas and squeamous cell carcinomas , CK was positively expresed and CEA was partly positive,but CEA and CK were all negative in mesotheliomas and hyperplastic mesothelial cells. CK,vimentin and calretinin were positive , but CEA was negative Conclusions Immunohistochemical technique can be used in pleural and peritoneal effusion's cytological smear The selection of specific antibodies(like CEA,CK,vimentin and calretinin) may play an important role in differential diagnosis between carcinomas,malignant mesotheliomas and hyperplastic mesothelial cells [
