摘要
以酿酒酵母L为研究对象,通过紫外诱变、高温驯化处理的方法,选育出1株耐高温酿酒酵母L-9a。研究结果表明:处理a在38℃条件下,L-9a生物量为106 mg,乙醇产率为53.02%,平均产量为1.71 m L·100 mL^(-1),残还原糖含量平均为0.76 g·100 mL^(-1),解决了同步糖化发酵中糖化和发酵温度不一致的问题。
Saccharomyces cerevisiae L as staring strain was acclimatized and screened with UV mutation and high temperature treatment. A thermotolerant yeast strains Saccharomyces cerevisiae L-9a was obtained. The results show that through high temperature Treatment A under the condition of 38 ℃,the biomass of L-9a was 106 mg,ethanol yield was 53. 02%,the average yield was 1. 71 mL·100 m L^-1 and residual reducing sugar content was 0. 76 g·100 mL^-1. The temperature inconsistency problem of saccharification and fermentation in SSF was solved.
