摘要
调研发现,应用型地方高校课堂教学评价存在评价主体泛多元化、评价目标层级化、评价内容碎片化以及评价方法简单化等突出问题。基于此,进而构建"四位一体"的专业评课主体、发展取向的评课目标、形塑教师专业素养的评课内容、合理性的评课方法为其优化路径。
The authors of this paper have conducted a survey and have found that assessments of classroom teaching in regional application-oriented colleges have such problems as excessive variety of assessors, assessment points too detailed and assessment method simplistic. In view of these, this paper proposes a route that has a quadruple assessment body, assessment aimed at development, emphasis on the teacher's professional quality, and a more assessment methods.
