摘要
人力资本理论认为专业化人力资本积累是经济得以持续增长的决定性因素和产业发展的真正源泉,专业知识和技术知识的投资是一个刻意的、计划性的过程,人力资本开发必须保持适时性和适当性。我国教育人力资本开发还存在诸多问题,人力资本理论对于我国教育人力资本开发具有很好的启示作用。
According to the human capital theory, specialized human capital accumulation is a decisive factor in sustained economic growth and is the true source of industrial development. The investment of expert and technical knowledge is a conscious and planned process, and we must maintain the timeliness and appropriateness during the development of human capital. Although the development of educational human capital in China still exist many problems, the human capital theory has an important implication for the development of educational human capital.
