摘要
为了观察开环式微创痔吻合术治疗脱垂性痔病患者的临床疗效，将2013年12月至2015年12月我院收治的76例脱垂性痔病患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组38例。观察组采用开环式微创痔吻合术进行治疗，对照组患者采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术进行治疗，比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果显示，观察组患者疼痛评分为（3．2±2．1）分，痔脱垂评分平均为（1．5±0．7）分，肛门坠胀评分为（0．7±0．5）分，均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，开环式微创痔吻合术能够减轻患者痔脱垂、肛门坠胀发生率，减轻患者疼痛，治疗效果理想。
In order to observe the clinical effect of mini-invasive open loop anastomosis in the treament of prolapsed hemorrhoids,the 76 cases of this hemorrhoids admitted in author＇s hospital from Dec. 2013 to Dec. 2015 yr. were randomly divided into observation group and control one,38 cases for each;the former received above surgery,while the latter received staplered PPH,then both group＇s effects were compared. As results,in the score rating on pain （3.2±2.1） ,on hemorrhoids prolapse（1.5±0.7） ,and on tenesmus（0.7 ±0.5） the former was all significantly lower than the latter,there was statistic significance difference（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that above mini-invasive open loop anastomosis can relieve patient＇s pain and hemorrhoids prolapse and reduce the incidence of tenesmus,the effect＇s is ideal.
