摘要
目的探讨短期使用苯海索对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2013年5月至2015年4月医院收治的精神分裂症患者84例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各42例。两组患者均同时服用抗精神病药合并苯海索进行治疗,试验组患者在用药4周内逐渐减少药量直至停用苯海索,对照组患者则保持用药剂量不变。比较两组患者治疗前后阴性症状和阳性症状量表(PANSS)、锥体外系反应量表(RSESE)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WC-ST)、霍普金斯词汇学习测验(HVLT-R)、韦克斯勒记忆测定(WMS)及持续操作功能测定(CPT)等评分情况。结果治疗后,试验组患者PANSS,RSESE,WC-ST,HVLT-R,WMS及CPT等各项评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论短期服用苯海索可有效改善精神分裂症患者的认知功能,提高其注意力,方案安全可靠,作用价值较高。
Objective To explore and analyze the effects of short- term use of trihexyphenidyl on cognitive function in schizophrenia.Methods 84 cases of patients with schizophrenia from May 2013 to April 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,42 cases in each group. The two groups were given antipsychotic drugs combined with trihexyphenidyl,and the experimental group gradually reduced the dosage of trihexyphenidyl until suspended within 4 weeks of medication,while the dosage of trihexyphenidyl in the control group remained unchanged. The amount of negative symptoms and positive symptoms scale（ PANSS）,extrapyramidal reaction volume table（ RSESE）, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test（ WC- ST）, Hopkins vocabulary learning test（ HVLT- R）, Wechsler Memory Test（ WMS） and continuous operation power can be measured（ CPT） score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the PANSS,RSESE,WC- ST,HVLT- R,WMS and CPT scores of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The short- term use of trihexyphenidyl can effectively improve the mental division of the cognitive function of patients and increase their attention and the scheme is safe and reliable with a higher value.
