摘要
电力电子变压器旨在代替传统电力变压器,实现电压变换、电能控制、无功补偿和不间断电源等智能化功能,使配电网结构更加精简,运行更加高效。首先对电力电子变压器的发展历程、优势和工作原理进行了论述和分析,然后对电力电子变压器技术中的功率器件、高频变压器、电路拓扑结构、控制技术以及应用等关键问题和研究现状进行了较为全面的阐述,最后指明目前电力电子变压器亟需解决的问题。
The power electronic transformer can realize intelligent functions,such as power control,reactive power compensation,uninterruptible power supply as well as voltage conversion,aiming at replacing the traditional power transformer so that the distribution system can be compact and operate efficiently. Firstly,the development history and the advantages as well as operation principles of the power electronic transformer were described and analyzed in this paper.And then,the key topics,such as power devices,high frequency transformer,topologies,control and applications,and their research developments were comprehensively expounded. Finally,the problems that need to be solved urgently were indicated.
