摘要
针对组培工厂化育苗迅速发展的实际 ,结合国内外的发展动态 ,科学而客观地介绍了试管苗瓶外生根的形态解剖构造 ,分析了影响生根的生理原因、试管苗的质量、瓶外生根的方式、环境条件的研究现状 ,并对试管苗瓶外生根与瓶内生根进行了比较 ,同时指出未来试管苗瓶外生根的发展方向。
In this paper the current situation of research on morphological anatomy structure of Test-tube seedlings out Test-tube rooting is introduced, which base on domestic and internation development in this field and in the actual use of tissue cultural industrialized technology seedling. It showed that the physiology reason on the influence of rooting, the quantity of Test-tube seedlings, the way of out Test -tube rooting, and current research of environment term,and also it has contrast on out Test-tube rooting and inner Test-tube rooting. On the final it show us the direction of Test-tube seedlings out Test-tube rooting.
