摘要
在低温条件下对污泥进行热解,考察污泥有机物水解和脱水性能改善的特性变化。研究结果表明,在低温条件下随着温度的增加,污泥中挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)溶解,随着温度的增加,溶解速度增加,在较高温度下(105℃和120℃)下,VSS溶解率分别为40℃条件下的3倍和3.5倍,上清液中SCOD、NH+4、PO3-4浓度均增大,与VSS变化幅度一致。污泥经过低温热解沉降性能明显改善,经过40℃、60℃、80℃、105℃和120℃加热180 min后,污泥沉降比(SV30)比原泥分别降低了7.9%、13.5%、26.6%、38.4%和51.5%。
In this investigation,hydrolysis of excess sludge at low temperature was tested,and the dewatering performance of sludge was also evaluated. The results indicated that hydrolysis accelerated the solubilization of volatile suspended solid( VSS) and soluble chemical oxygen demand( SCOD) NH+4,PO3-4as the temperature increased at the low temperature. VSS dissolving ratio at 105 ℃ and 120 ℃ were 3 and 3. 5 times compared at 40 ℃. The settling property of sludge was significantly improved after heating 180 min,and the SV30 at 40 ℃,60 ℃,80 ℃,105 ℃ and120 ℃ decreased to 7. 9%,13. 5%,26. 6%,38. 4 and 51. 5%,respectively.
