摘要
针对部分高等职业院校在物联网应用技术专业创新创业型人才培养中存在的专业定位不明确、课程体系不合理、师资力量不雄厚、制度保障不到位等一系列问题,结合高职院校的办学定位和专业人才培养目标,从创新教育教学模式、注重实验实训基地建设、深化"政行企校"融合、创新专业课程设置、建立开放式教学质量考核评估评价体系、推进中高职教育人才培养衔接等方面探讨了物联网应用技术人才培养的方法与对策。
Aiming at a number of problems existing in the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of Applied Internet of Things Technology major in some vocational colleges,such as incorrect professional orientation,unreasonable curriculum system,weak teachers team,improper institutional guarantee,and so on,we explored the methods and countermeasures of applied technical talents training of Internet of Things in combination with the running orientation and professional personnel training objectives and from the innovation of teaching mode,the emphasis on the construction of bases for experimentation and training,the deepening of the integration of government- industry- enterprise-college,the innovation of professional curriculum setting,the establishment of the open teaching quality assessment system as well as the promotion of secondary and higher vocational personnel training combination,and so on.
