摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定水质中6种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs),方法在0μg/L^500μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为15 ng/L^20 ng/L。将该方法用于2014年长江干流江苏段4个断面的水质样品的采集与测定,并讨论PAEs的分布现状。结果表明,6种PAEs的测定均值为8.56μg/L^21.1μg/L,其中DBP与DEHP含量占比超过50%,PAEs总质量浓度与其他河流相比基本处于同一水平。
A method was established for determination of six kinds of phthalic acid esters( PAEs) in water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The method had good linearity in the range of 0 μg / L ~ 500 μg / L,and the detection limits ranged from 15 ng / L to 20 ng / L. The method was applied to determine PAEs in water samples collected from 4 sections in Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River in 2014. The distribution of PAEs in those sections were discussed. The results showed that the concentration of six kinds of PAEs in these samples ranged from 8. 56 μg / L to 21. 1 μg / L,among which,DBP and DEHP accounted for over 50%. The total concentration of PAEs in Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River in 2014 was in the same level as that in other rivers.
