摘要
桥本氏甲状腺炎是目前临床常见的一种自身免疫性疾病,西医治疗效果往往不甚理想。通过分析近年来关于该病病因病机、临床治疗及基础研究的进展,显示出中医治疗具有一定的优势,但尚需加强规范诊断、分型、用药以及相关药理学研究。
Hashimoto ＇s thyroiditis is a common clinical autoimmune disease and does not respond well to Western medicine. By analyzing the recent advances on the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical treatment and basic research,it is showed that Chinese medicine has some advantages in treating it,however,it is necessary to strengthen the standardization of diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,herbal prescription and related pharmacological research.
