摘要
目的研究对重症患者采取人性化护理的临床疗效及对患者康复的影响。方法选取我院重症监护室收治的重症患者108例为研究对象,随机分为实验组及对照组,各54例。给予对照组患者常规护理方法,实验组在此基础上给予人性化护理。对比两组患者住院时间、不良反应的发生率及满意度。结果实验组患者住院时间及护理满意度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者不良反应发生情况比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人性化护理可缩短患者住院时间,提高满意度,促进患者康复,增强临床疗效。
Objective To studythe influence of clinical rehabilitation of critical patients by user-friendly nurse service. Methods We selected 108 cases of critical patients in the intensive care unit at our hospital,randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,each 54 cases. To given the routine nursing for the control group,the treatment group was given the user-friendly nurse service based on the control. To compared the hospital stays,incidence rate of adverse reaction and satisfaction of them. Results The hospital stays and satisfaction of the treatment group was significantly better than the control,there was statistical significance(P 〈0.05). To compared the incidence rate of adverse reaction of them,there was no statistical significance(P〉 0.05). Conclusion The user-friendly nurse service able to shortened the hospital stays significantly,improve the satisfaction,to promote recovery of patients and enhance the clinical effects.
