四氧化三锰深度除钼的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 以高纯硫酸锰为原料,用水溶解后,采用空气氧化法制得四氧化三锰作为除钼剂,深入探索了不同p H值条件下的除钼效果,并对四氧化三锰进行了酸解实验,以探究其除钼机理。结果表明:中性条件下,四氧化三锰不发生酸解反应,故而其不具备吸附除钼能力;酸性条件下,四氧化三锰立即发生酸解反应,生成新生态二氧化锰吸附除钼,其最佳反应p H值为2~3,可将溶液中的钼含量由0.04~0.2 mg/L降低到0.003 0 mg/L以下,符合碱性电解二氧化锰的用液指标要求。 With high purity of manganese sulfate as raw materials,we dissolved in water by air oxidation method to Mn_3O_4 as agent for removing molybdenum,in-depth exploration of the different p H value conditions of molybdenum removal,by probing into the Mn_3O_4 acid solution experiment to explore the mechanism of molybdenum removal.The results show that,under neutral condition,Mn_3O_4 is made in acid hydrolysis reaction. It does not have the capability for molybdenum removal by adsorption. Mn_3O_4 with acid reacts immediately with generating new ecological removal of Mo. Its optimum reaction p H value is 2 ~ 3,of molybdenum content in solution it can be reduced to 0. 003 0 mg / L from 0. 04 ~ 0. 2 mg / L. It conforms to the requirements of the alkaline electrolytic manganese dioxide with liquid indicator.
