基于给定结构的蒸汽喷射器的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Steam Ejector Based on a Given Structure

摘要 针对喷射器内流体流动的复杂特性,本文把实体三维模型简化为二维轴对称模型,借助Auto Cad画出模型图,然后导入ICEM CFD划分结构网格,最后输出到目前较为流行的商业计算流体力学软件(CFD)Fluent进行数值计算,而后通过Fluent的后处理功能,选取了速度、压力和温度云图,进行了流体流动状况的分析。 In view of the complex characteristics of the fluid flow inside the injector,the three- dimensional model is simplified as a two dimensional axisymmetric model. We draw a model diagram with the help of Auto Cad and then import it to the ICEM CFD and partition structure grid. After that,we import the diagram to the popular CFD,Fluent for numerical calculation. At last,using the post- processing function,we analyse the flow performance by select the parameters such as pressure,temperature and velocity.
