摘要
使用"老化态度问卷"(AAQ)和"蒙特利尔认知评估量表"(Mo CA),对62名老年人的老化态度及认知功能进行测评与研究。结果显示:(1)老年人的老化态度存在性别差异和年龄差异,并受到教育程度、婚姻状况、子女多少及居住方式的影响,也与老年人的主观健康状况存在联系。除均存在性别差别外,心理社会丧失还与婚姻状况、居住方式有关,心理获得还与教育程度、子女多少有关。(2)随着年龄增长,老年人的认知退化逐渐明显,而较高的教育程度会减缓退化。主观健康状况积极者,其退化程度相对较低。(3)老年人的老化态度和认知退化程度具有显著的相关性,而良好的人际关系、运动习惯以及持续地学习,有助于减缓老化进程。
This study applied Attitudes to Aging Questionnaire( AAQ) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment( Mo CA) to evaluate the older adults' attitudes toward aging and their cognition. Sixty-two older adults participated. The results showed that:( 1) There are gender and age differences in the older adults' attitudes toward aging. And The older adults' attitudes aging also connected with education,marital status,living pattern and subjective health condition.As for psychosocial loss,it has gender difference,and relates to marital status and living pattern. As for physical change,age exerts a significant influence. As for psychological gain,it has gender difference,and associated with education level and the number of children they have.( 2) Age had a negative effect on cognition aging,while education had a positive effect. In addition,cognition aging is also related to subjective health condition.( 3) Cognition aging is significantly related to the older adults' attitudes toward aging. Keeping good interpersonal relationship,doing exercise and keeping learning can contribute to slowing the process of cognition aging.
