摘要
本文以唐山某医院350名护理人员为研究对象,利用组织公平感及工作投入量表进行问卷调查,采用方差、Pearson及多重线性回归分析方法分析护理人员组织公平感对工作投入的影响,提出改善护理人员工作投入的措施。调查结果显示:护理人员组织公平感较差,组织公平感对工作投入有正向影响作用,应通过改善组织公平感来提高护理人员的工作投入。
The 350 nurses in a hospital in Tangshan as the object of study, using organizationa justice work and investment scale questionnaire, using analysis of variance, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analysis was used to investigate nurses' organizational justice on job involvement influence,and put forward measures to improve the nursing staff job involvement.The survey results show that: the sense of fairness of the nursing staff is poor, the organizational justice has a positive effect on the job involvement, so we can improve the work input of nursing staff by improving the organizational justice.
