子宫内膜癌组织中LOC285194的表达变化及其意义

摘要 目的观察子宫内膜癌组织中长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)LOC285194的表达变化,分析其在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的作用。方法采用real-time PCR法检测108例子宫内膜癌组织(病例组)和66例正常子宫内膜组织(对照组)中的LOC285194,分析LOC285194表达水平与子宫内膜癌临床病理参数的关系。结果病例组和对照组LOC285194的相对表达量分别为2.160±1.382和4.577±2.865,两组相比,P<0.05。以病例组LOC285194中位表达量(1.537)为界,将病例组进一步分为高表达组和低表达组。FIGOⅠ、Ⅱ期者LOC285194高表达率高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期者(P<0.05);无淋巴结转移者LOC285194高表达率高于有淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。LOC285194低表达者和高表达者的术后生存时间分别为(53.4±15.6)、(59.8±8.7)个月,LOC285194低表达者术后生存时间较高表达者缩短(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌组织中LOC285194呈低表达,LOC285194表达异常可能参与子宫内膜癌的发生发展。
