摘要
采油树本体是水下采油树的重要构件,其强度和刚度是保证采油树运行安全性和使用性的关键因素。采用有限元程序Patran和Nastran软件,在设计工作与实际工作条件下,针对采油树本体的三种不同工况,结合不同载荷条件下的结构强度进行有限元计算。计算结果表明,该结构的局部区域存在高应力,但总体结构安全可靠。
Tree body is an important part of the subsea production tree, whose strength and stiffness are the key factors to ensure operation safety and usage of the tree. This paper uses the Patran and Nastran software based on finite element program to calculate the strength of the tree body structure with three different loading stresses both in the design and operation conditions. The calculation result shows that the overall structure of the body is safe and reliable though high stress exists in some areas.
