摘要
目的:分析中医针灸联合中药热敷治疗颈肩腰腿疼痛的短期疗效。方法:选择2011年7月—2012年7月我院接受治疗的颈肩腰腿疼痛患者100例,将这100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组的50例患者进行常规的中医针灸治疗,观察组50例患者则在针灸治疗的基础上在结合中医热敷。观察对比两组患者在接受不同治疗方法后的治疗效果。结果:观察组50例患者在接受中医针灸联合中药热敷治疗后的治疗效果明显优于对照组,对患者的肩周炎、关节炎疼痛等的治疗效果均很明显,两组对比存在差异大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对颈肩腰腿疼痛患者实行中医针灸联合中药热敷的治疗,效果显著,短期内的疗效极佳,值得在临床中应用和推广。
Objective:To analyze the short-term curative effect of acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation in treating neck and shoulder pain. Methods:100 patients with neck and shoulder pain, admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2011 to 2012 July, were selected and divided randomly into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. 50 patients in the control group received conventional acupuncture treatment while 50 patients in the observation group received herbal fomentation on the basis of the conventional acupuncture treatment. The therapeutic effects of two groups after different treatment methods were observed and compared. Results: The curative effect of 50 patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment of acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation, which also had significant effect in treating patients’ scapulohumeral periarthritis and arthritis pain, the difference of two groups was significant and was of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation had significant effect in treating patients with neck and shoulder pain, it had extremely good short-term curative effect and was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
