摘要
目的:研究分析当代医家在中医治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura,ITP)中的用药规律。方法:收集77位血液病专家中医药有效治疗ITP的文章和著作,摘录其中方药共142首,按辨证分型分类,归类为热盛迫血、气不摄血和阴虚火旺,把每首方剂中的单味药输入EXCEL 2013软件,建立数据库,运用统计学方法,分析用药规律。结果:77位医家142首方剂中,共使用191种药物1489频次,其中使用频次在60次以上的主要有甘草、丹皮、黄芪、生地和当归。其中有38位医家把ITP辨证为热盛迫血型,治疗方剂38首,使用频次在19次以上的主要有生地、丹皮、水牛角和芍药。有54位医家把ITP辨证为气不摄血型,治疗方剂54首,使用频次在27次以上的主要有黄芪、当归、甘草和白术。有36位医家把ITP辨证为阴虚火旺型,治疗方剂36首,使用频次在18次以上的主要有生地、甘草和女贞子。讨论:通过分析77位医家的用药规律,可发现中医药治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜,以治血、治气、治火为基本法则,按照药物的出现频率高低,初步认为,临床治疗ITP的一般用药为甘草、丹皮、黄芪、生地和当归五味药。ITP无论从辨病治疗用药还是辨证治疗用药规律分析,都应从肝脾论治,方可奏效。现代药理也证实本文统计出的高频用药对ITP的治疗有帮助。
Objective： analysis of contemporary medicine in Chinese medicine treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP） of the drug laws. Methods ： to collect ITP effective books and articles of Chinese medicine treatment of 77 blood disease experts, excerpts of which a total of 139 prescriptions, according to Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation classification, classify ITP as excessive heat forced blood, Qi don＇t uptake the blood and Yin-Xu-Huo-Wang.Input each prescription＇s single herb to EXCEL 2013 software, establish a database and use statistical methods to analyze the drug laws. Results ： 142 prescriptions of 77 physicians were using the 1489 frequency of 191 drugs. What are used in the frequency of more than 60 are mainly licorice, paeonol, astragalus, rehmannia, and Angelica. 38 prescriptions of 38 physicians for the ITP treatment of excessive heat forced blood, the frequency of use over the 19 are mainly fresh rehmannia, P. suffruticosa, buffalo horn and peony. Within 54 prescriptions of 54 physicians for ITP of Qi don＇t uptake the blood, the frequency of tradional Chinese medicine in more than 27 are mainly astragalus, angelica, licorice and Atractylodes. , In 36 prescriptions of 36 physicians for ITP of Yin-Xu-Huo-Wang type, the frequency over 18 there mainly are fresh rehmannia, licorice and ligustrum lucidum. Discussed： by analyzing the drug laws of the 77 experts there can be found the basic principle of medical treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is to rule the blood, the gas, and the heat. In accordance with the high and low frequency of the drugs, the preliminary view that the elinical treatment of ITP in General medicine is for the 5 flavors medicine of licorice, paeonol, astragalus, rehmannia and angelica. Treatment of ITP patients in terms of identified drug or drug laws of Differential Treatment should be from the liver and spleen, before it works. Modern pharmacology has also proved that these drugs of high frequency are helpful to ITP.
