摘要
目的分析集束化护理在降低脑卒中患者肠内营养并发症中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的86例通过鼻胃管实施肠内营养的患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和观察组,每组各43例。常规组予以常规护理;观察组予以集束化护理。对比两组患者的并发症发生情况。结果常规组患者堵管、返流误吸、恶心、便秘、腹泻、呕吐、胃潴留的发生率均高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中肠内营养患者实施集束化护理,可减少并发症的发生。
Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing in reducing the complications of enteral nutrition in patients with stroke. Methods 86 cases of patients with enteral nutrition in our hospital through a nasogastric tube were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into conventional group and observation group,43 cases in each group. Routine nursing care was given about in the routine group,observation group was given about cluster nursing. Results The tube-blocking,reflux aspiration,nausea,constipation,diarrhea,vomiting and gastric retention in the conventional group were higher than those in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enteral nutrition in patients with stroke of nursing can obviously reduce the occurrence rate of complications.
