落叶松-杨栅锈菌MKK基因的克隆与生物信息学分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用同源克隆技术,从落叶松-杨栅锈菌(Melampsora larici-populina Kleb.)菌株Wh03中克隆得到酿酒酵母MKK1和MKK2的同源基因,命名为Mlp MKK1/2-WH。测序结果显示,Mlp MKK1/2-WH基因的开放阅读框长度为1 218 bp,编码405个氨基酸。Mlp MKK1/2-WH蛋白具有保守的PKc_Pek1_like和Pkinase结构域。系统进化树分析表明,Mlp MKK1/2-WH与柄锈菌属3种锈菌中的同源蛋白亲缘关系最近。 By using homology-based cloning method,the gene MlpM KK1 / 2- WH was cloned and sequenced from Melampsora larici-populina( Mlp) Chinese strain Wh03. The full-length ORF of MlpM KK1 / 2-WH was 1 218 bp,encoding 405 amino acid residues. The deduced MlpM KK1 / 2-WH protein contains conserved PKc_Pek1_like and Pkinase domains. By phylogenetic analysis,MlpM KK1 / 2-WH had the closest relationship with the othologs from three rust fungi belonging to the genus Puccinia.
