摘要
为了工业缝纫机针杆机构采用气浮润滑技术实现运动机构的支承,文中对气浮针杆轴承节流器以及其上支承和下支承结构进行设计,并对其承载力进行了计算;为了实现对气浮针杆轴承性能进行测试,对其实验测试平台进行了具体设计,以能够实现上下、左右、前后位置调整,并对气浮针杆轴承验测试平台的实验方案进行了相关设计。对气浮针杆轴承进行相关实验测试达到良好效果,表明所设计装置整体结构紧凑、总体性能优良。
In order to realize the floating support by using device of the needle bar mechanism of industrial sewing machine,the throttle device of the air flotation needle bar bearing and its upper and lower supporting structures were redesigned,and the bearing capacity of the project was calculated by the engineering calculation; In order to realize the test of the performance of the air flotation needle bar bearing,the experimental platform was designed to achieve the position adjustment for the upper and lower,left and right,and the design of the test platform of the air floatation needle bar bearing test was also carried out. The test results of the air flotation needle bar bearing were good,and the overall structure of the device was compact and the overall performance was excellent.
