摘要
目的探讨低高频探头超声在诊断急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法急性阑尾炎手术患者108例,比较低频和高频探头超声的诊断结果。所获数据采用2检验。结果在108例患者中,低频探头检出64例,占59.26%;高频探头检出94例,占87.04%,两种频率探头联合检出104例,占96.30%;联合使用不同频率探头超声检出单纯性阑尾炎以及化脓性和坏疽性阑尾炎数量均明显高于单一探头检测数量,三种方法比较,P均<0.01,有显著性差异。结论低频和高频探头联合应用能有效提高阑尾炎的诊断正确率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the low frequency probe to assess the diagnostic value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods 108 patients with acute appendicitis operation, relatively low frequency and high frequency ultrasound probe clinical diagnosis. The data obtained byx-2 test. Results In 108 cases of patients, low frequency probe detection of 64 cases（59.26%）; High frequency probe detection of 94 cases（87.04%）, two kinds of joint detection frequency probe in 104 cases, accounting for 96.30%. A combination of different frequency probe ultrasonic detection simple and suppurative appendicitis and gangrenous appendicitis were significantly higher than that of single probe test number, number three methods comparison, P〈0.01, all have significant difference. Conclusion The low frequency and high frequency probe combined application can effectively increase the diagnostic accuracy of appendicitis, worthy of promotion.
