某矿山爆破岩体破裂范围试验分析 被引量:5

摘要 矿山爆破过程中岩体的破裂范围对边坡的稳定性有着重要的影响。以某矿山爆破施工为研究背景,通过现场声波试验对岩体的破裂范围进行了测定,并通过理论计算得出了现场边坡岩体爆破后的压碎圈、裂隙圈范围,计算了减小炮孔直径后爆破岩体的破裂圈范围。结果表明:现场测试岩体的爆破破裂范围为3.46 m,理论计算岩体裂隙圈平均范围为3.428 m,现场实验结果与理论计算误差为0.9%。炮孔直径由160 mm变为90 mm后裂隙圈范围缩小为1.928 m。通过减小炮孔的直径能有效控制矿山边坡岩体的破裂范围,为边坡的爆破控制防护措施提供理论支撑。 The rupture range of rock mass has an important influence on the stability of slope in the process of mine blasting. With the blasting construction of a mine as a research example,the rupture range of the rock mass is determined by the field acoustic wave test and the theoretical calculation. The scopes of the crushed ring and the crack ring were obtained after the blasting of the slope rock mass,and the range of the rupture circle with smaller diameter hole is also calculated. Results shows that the rupture range of rock mass by field test is 3. 46 m and the average rupture range by the theoretical calculation is 3. 428 m,where the error is no more than 0. 9%. The rupture range gets reduced to be 1. 928 m with the hole diameter changing from 160 mm to 90 mm. By reducing the hole diameter,the rupture range of rock slope could be effectively controlled,which provides theoretical support for the blasting safety control in slope stability.
