履行企业社会责任能带来持续竞争优势吗?——基于资源基础理论分析框架 被引量:6

Could Sustainable Competitive Advantage be Achieved through Performing Corporate Social Responsibility?——Based on the Analysis Framework of Resource-based Theory

摘要 传统经济学理论无视企业履行社会责任问题,而从资源基础理论视角来看企业社会责任是一项具有经济价值、稀缺的、难以模仿的且有组织的战略资源。文章从资源基础理论视角,阐释了企业社会责任资源具有节约交易成本、构建不完全竞争市场和获取经济租金的战略功能;从理论上分析了企业履行社会责任带来持续竞争优势的机理。进而提出了完善相关法律制度,促进企业挖掘和培育企业社会责任资源;加强对企业履行社会责任的监管制度创新;政府大力推进企业履行社会责任的社会文化建设;从国家战略高度加快培育我国企业的社会责任竞争力等相关政策建议。 Traditional economics theories ignored the problem of corporate social responsibility. However, from the perspective of resource-based theory, corporate social responsibility is a strategic resource with economic value, which is scarce, organized, and difficult to imitate. From this perspective, the article argues that corporate social responsibility has the function of saving transaction cost, constructing imperfect competition market and obtaining economic rent. Furthermore, the article proposed some policy suggestions: improving relevant laws and regulations; propelling enterprises exploring and fostering corporate social responsibility resources; strengthening the supervision system innovation on corporate social responsibility; government paying more efforts in constructing a social culture that enterprises should perform their social responsibilities; at a state-strategy level, accelerating the speed of cultivating enterprises' competitiveness in corporate social responsibility.
