摘要
改善村级财务管理现状是推进社会主义新农村建设的重要举措之一.长期以来, 由于管理松懈, 在大多数农村当中, 普遍存在着账目混乱, 财务信息公开质量不高, 会计整体水平较低的实际现状, 这些实际问题严重阻碍着我国农村改革和农村经济的发展.本文以吉林省的村级财务管理为例, 针对其中所存在的具体问题做出具体的分析和讨论, 并给出相关的对策建议.
Improving the status of village level financial management is one of the important measures topromote the construction of new socialist countryside. For a long time,because of lax management,in mostrural areas,widespread confusion in the accounts,financial information disclosure quality is not high,theactual situation of the overall level of accounting is relatively low,these problems seriously hinder thedevelopment of China＇s rural reform and the progress of rural economic. So in this paper,take the village levelfinancial management in Jilin Province as an example,make the concrete analysis and discussion according tothe concrete problems,and gives some relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
