摘要
目的:探讨首乌补肾胶囊治疗肾阳虚的中药药理学基础。方法:采用糖皮质激素制作"阳虚"动物模型,观察该药对此模型小鼠一般体征、体重、体温、自主活动、低温游泳存活时间、胸腺指数、睾丸指数和附睾指数等指标的影响。结果:剂量为2.28、1.14g生药/kg能缓解模型小鼠的体重下降,提高体温;增加自主活动,延长低温游泳存活时间,增强耐寒耐疲劳能力;能升高胸腺指数;增加睾丸指数和附睾指数。结论:此药对糖皮质激素阳虚模型小鼠有治疗作用,能明显改善氢化可的松致肾阳虚模型小鼠的阳虚体征,增强机体生理功能,提高对外界不良刺激的耐受力,这些药理作用可能与其补肾壮阳功效有关。
Objective：To discuss the pharmacology foundation of Shouwu Bushen capsule against kidney-yang deficiency.Methods：Making the yang deficiency animal model with glucocorticoids.Observing the effects of this drug on the models,including signs,body weight,body temperature,locomotor activity,swimming in cold water survival,thymus index,testis and epididymis index and so on.Results：The drug can relieve weight loss of models,increase body temperature,increase locomotor activity,prolong the survival time of swimming in cold water,enhance the cold and fatigue resistances,increase the thymus index,testicular index and epididymal index,when the dose was 2.28,1.14 g crude drug/kg.Conclusion：The drug can treat the glucocorticoid yang deficiency mice,improve the model＇s signs of kidneyyang deficiency induced by the hydrocortisone,enhance the body＇s physiological function and improve tolerance to adverse external stimuli.These pharmacological effects may be related with the function of reinforcing kidney-yang.
