摘要
目的探讨清化痰湿方联合外治法治疗粉刺性乳痈的临床疗效。方法对98例采用清化痰湿法治疗的粉刺性乳痈患者进行回顾性研究,观察其临床疗效并进行随访。结果 98例患者平均创口愈合时间为31.3 d,总复发率3.37%。结论目前粉刺性乳痈的发病机制尚不明确,若临床上患者见体态丰腴、苔白厚腻等,辨证为痰湿症者,即可采用清化痰湿法联合外治法治疗,清热燥湿、散结消肿。清化痰湿方合外治法治疗粉刺性乳痈具有良好的临床疗效,且复发率低。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acen mastitis after the treatment based on syndrome of phlegm-dampness and external treatment. Methods A retrospective study of 98 patients observed its clinical curative effect and followed up the relapse rate. Results It was 31. 3 days in average recovery time. The relapse rate was3. 37%. Conclusion The pathogenesis of acen mastitis is not clearly. When the patient is plump or thick tongue,whitewish coating,diagnosed syndrome of phlegm-dampness,could take the treatment based on syndrome of phlegmdampness and external. Clear away heat and remove dampness,dissolve phlegm and disperse accumulation. Treating acen mastitis based on syndrome of phlegm-dampness had a great clinical effect,short recovery time and low relapse rate.
