摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定口服液中左旋肉碱含量的方法。方法样品经0.5 mmol/L盐酸溶液超声提取,采用CAPCELL PAK ACR C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.002 mol/L辛烷磺酸钠溶液(加入0.125%磷酸二氢钾、0.125%磷酸氢二钾,用磷酸调pH3.0)-7腈(92:8,V:V)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长:210 nm,柱温:25℃。结果左旋肉碱的浓度在150.1~1800.7μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为95.50%,RSD为2.0%(n=6)。结论本方法快速、准确、重复性好,可作为口服液类辅助降血脂保健食品的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of L-carnitine in health foods by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods The separation was performed on a CAPCELL PAK ACR C_(18) column with the mixture of acetonitrile-0.002 mol/L 1-octanesulfonic acid solution(8:92,V:V) containing 0.125%potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.125%dipotassium phosphate with pH 3.0 as mobile phase.Detection wavelength was 210 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the column temperature of 25 ℃.Results The linear range for L-carnitine was from 150.1 μg/mL to 1800.7 μg/mL,and the average recovery was 95.50%) with a RSD of2.0%)(n=6).Conclusions This method is accurate,simple and sensitive,and can be used for the quality control of the health foods with oral liquids.
