摘要
为满足集装箱船大舱改成物资存储舱室后的物资提升需要,设计了一种集装箱式船用可拆装载货电梯,该电梯所有部件均集成在标准20英尺集装箱内,整套电梯由若干个集装箱组合而成,便于存储、运输和快速安装。针对船用环境和特殊的安装方式,该电梯设计有多种安全保护装置。根据样机试验,该设计完全满足船用载货电梯的使用要求。
In order to meet the need of the material lifting from the cargo hold of container ship,design a containerized dismountable marine cargo elevator,all parts of the elevator are integrated in the standard 20 inch container,the whole elevator is composed of a number of containers,for it is easy to store,transport and fast installation. In view of the marine environment and the special installation method,the elevator is designed with safety protection devices. According to the prototype test,the design fully meets the requirements of the marine cargo elevator.
