摘要 用三维图像相关方法测量并分析了铝6061板材的真实应力应变曲线,研究了不同应变计算区域的选取对计算真实应力应变曲线的影响;分析试验数据,获得了Johnson-Cook本构模型的基本参数;用有限元分析软件对试验进行仿真分析,并与试验数据数据进行了全场对比,对比结果吻合。 The true stress-strain curves of aluminum 6061 sheet were measured and analyzed by three-dimensional digital image correlation method(3D-DIC). The effects of different regions selected on the calculation of true stress-strain curves was studied; the basic parameters of the Johnson-Cook constitutive model were obtained by analyzing the experimental data; the tensile test was calculated by using the finite element analysis software, and compared with the full-field data, the simulation results were in good agreement with the data of tests.
