摘要
目的 探讨血管内介入治疗外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘术后护理流程的优化与应用效果。方法 选取2009年1月～2012年6月首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院（以下简称“我院”）EICU收治的外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘接受血管内治疗的患者19例作为对照组,选取2013年2月～2015年10月我院EICU收治的外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘接受血管内治疗的患者21例作为观察组。对照组采用传统护理流程对患者进行术后护理,观察组应用优化后的流程对患者进行术后护理。比较两组护理记录书写质量（书写内容是否有遗漏及描述是否规范）、护士对两种护理流程满意度水平。结果 对照组护理记录内容遗漏者31例,描述不规范者33例,观察组护理记录内容遗漏者11例,描述不准确者0例,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;护士对对照组护理流程满意度评分为（3.06±0.87）分,对观察组的护理流程满意度评分为（4.36±0.74）分,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 流程优化可提高护士对护理工作满意度水平,提高护理记录书写质量。
Objective To explore the effect of process optimization in nursing after operation endovascular treating traumatic carotid cavernous fistula. Methods From January 2009 to June 2012, in EICU, Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University （＂our hospital＂ for short）, 19 patients with carotid cavernous fistula after endovascular therapy were selected as control group; from February 2013 to October 2015, in EICU, our hospital, 21 patients with carotid cavernous fistula after endovascular therapy were selected as observeation group. The control group used traditional nursing process ,and the observation group used the optimized process, then the record quality and the nurses＇ satisfaction about two group processes were compared. Results 31 cases with nursing records content were incomplete and 33 cases with inaccurate description in the control group, while 11 cases with incomplete content and 0 case with inaccurate description in observation group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. The nurses＂ satisfaction scores of using optimized process in control group was （3.06±0.87） scores, that in observation group was （4.36± 0.74） scores, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Process optimization can improve the quality of nursing records and improve the satisfaction level of nurses.
