摘要
目的探讨老年重症心力衰竭患者应用内科护理后的效果。方法我院将收治的80例老年重症心力衰竭患者（2013年7月-2014年6月）,单双号编号分组,对照组进行常规性护理,观察组在常规护理的前提下,采用内科护理方案。结果观察组患者的护理满意度以及生活质量评分与对照组患者相比优势更为明显,P〈0.05。结论对老年重症心力衰竭患者采用内科护理方案后,能够提高护理的效果,且安全系数高。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care in elderly patients with severe heart failure. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure patients were chosen（from July 2013 to June 2014） in our hospital, the odd and even number divided into control group and observation group, control group of elderly patients with severe heart failure patients with routine care, the observation group of elderly patients with severe heart failure under the premise of the routine nursing care, the medical care scheme. Results The observation group of elderly patients with severe heart failure nursing satisfaction and quality of life score compared with the control group, the advantages are more obvious, P〈0.05. Conclusion In the elderly patients with severe heart failure patients with department of internal medicine nursing program,can significantly improve the effect of nursing, and high safety factor.
