摘要
运用多元素分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜和镜下鉴定等手段,对云南某半风化钛铁矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究。研究该半风化钛铁矿的化学组成、主要矿物组成、粒度组成、嵌布特征及矿物单体解离等工艺性质。结果表明,原矿中金属矿物主要为钛铁矿、磁铁矿和赤铁矿;非金属矿物主要为斜长石、辉石,少量钾长石。该研究为此类半风化钛铁矿的合理开发利用提供了参考依据。
Through multi-element analysis,XRD, SEM and microscopic analysis as well as other measurements, the detailed process mineralogical studies on a semi-weathered-type ilmenite ore were carried out to identify chemical composition, mineral composition, grain size distribution, mineral dissemination and liberation characteristics of the ore. The results showed that main metallic minerals in the ore are ilmenite,magnetite and hematite;the main nonmetallic minerals are plagioclase,pyroxene,and a few potassium feldspar. The results can provide the basic reference for rational exploitation of the semi-weathered-type ilmenite ore.
