摘要
针对九江市某化工企业产生的甲萘胺废水,采用铁碳微电解/生物接触氧化工艺进行处理。运行结果表明,处理出水平均COD、NH_3-N、SS和色度分别为95.4 mg/L、11.5 mg/L、21.7 mg/L和26倍,去除率分别为94.8%、90.6%、91.4%和95.2%。该组合工艺针对甲萘胺废水处理效果良好,工艺运行稳定,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准。
The iron-carbon microelectrolysis/biological contact oxidation process was used to treat 1-naphthylamine wastewater from a chemical plant in Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province. The operation re- sults showed that the average COD, NH3 - N, SS and color in the effluent were 95.4 mg/L, 11.5 mg/L, 21.7 mg/L and 26 times respectively, the removal rates were 94.8%, 90.6%, 91.4% and 95.2% re- spectively. The combined process had high treatment efficiency of 1-naphthylamine wastewater and stable operation. The effluent quality could meet the second class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
