摘要
目的对婴幼儿肺功能检查的操作及护理措施做出相应的分析。方法选取2012年1月～2014年6月罹患呼吸系统疾病的620例婴幼儿病例加以观察,予以肺功能检查并进行相应的护理措施。结果所有患儿的TBFVL检查均已完成,共检出肺功能异常和正常者分别574例和46例（分别占92.58和7.42%）。结论肺功能仪可以对婴幼儿开展相应的肺功能检查,尤其对不能合作的婴幼儿更会起到较好的作用。所以,操作方法的准确性和相应的护理配合都有着很重要的临床层面意义。
Objective Analysis the operation of infant pulmonary function testing and nursing measures. Methods From January 2012 to June 2014, 620 cases of infants suffering from respiratory diseases, we took the corresponding measures to the lung function tests and the corresponding nursing measures. Results In all cases, TBFVL examination had been completed, there were 574 cases abnormal and 46 cases normal, respectively accounting for 92.58 and 7.42%. Conclusion Pulmonary function instrument can carry out corresponding pulmonary function tests in infants, especially for infants unable to cooperate. So,accurate and appropriate nursing care has important clinical significance.
