降低水钢烧结点火能耗措施探讨

摘要 介绍了水钢烧结的工艺流程,及烧结点火中存在的点火强度不够、点火温度低与点火能耗高等问题。针对这些问题提出了相应的措施,降低了烧结点火能耗,提高了烧结矿产量与质量。 The sintering process and problems in ignition such as insufficient ignitionstrength, low ignition temperature and high ignition energy consumption of Shuicheng Steel areintroduced. Corresponding measures against these problems were put forward, which have reducedthe ignition energy consumption and improved sinter production and quality.
