四羟乙基季戊四醇丙烯酸酯合成工艺

摘要 将季戊四醇在碱催化条件下与环氧乙烷聚合,合成了四羟乙基季戊四醇醚(EO4-PE),再与丙烯酸酯化,合成了四羟乙基季戊四醇丙烯酸酯.比较了不同催化剂及催化剂用量、阻聚剂用量、酯化时间、反应温度和加料方式对酯化反应的影响.结果表明:在醇酸比(物质的量比)为1∶4、催化剂甲烷磺酸的用量为1%、阻聚剂对甲酚的用量为0.4%,调节带水剂环己烷的用量,控制酯化温度75- 100℃,反应10 h,酯化率达到98%以上. The pentaerythritol is reacted with ethylene oxide in the presence of alkali catalyst to form a tetrahydroxyethyl pentaerythritol (EO4-PE), which is further esterified with acrylic acid to form a tetrahydroxyethyl pentaerythritol acrylate. The effects of different type and amount of catalyst, amount of polymerization inhibitor, reaction time, reaction temperature and feeding mode on the esterification reaction are investigated. The results show that the esterification rate is 98% and more when the molar ratio of acid to alcohol is 4:1, the amount of catalyst (e. g., methane sulfonic acid) is 1%, inhabitor ( e.g., p-cresol) is 0. 4%, the amount of cyclohexane is regulated and the esterification temperature is controlled at 75-100 ℃ for 10 h.
