摘要
高职院校面对改革发展新常态下的新要求,要增强办学吸引力,必须进一步深化校企合作、产教融合的人才培养模式改革,探索适应经济发展需要的应用型人才培养之路。在开展校企合作中,要克服和改变合作基础薄弱、合作教育性不强、合作中对学生的指导不足影响实践能力提高等问题,坚持"双赢"的原则,以课程体系建设为突破口深化教育教学改革,注重与区域优势产业、行业衔接,调整和优化专业结构,充分挖掘社会和企业的有效资源推进协同育人进程,加强实践性教学的建设和投入,培养学生创新精神、创业意识,全面提升学生的实践能力。
With the new requirements of reform and development,higher vocational colleges should deepen the reform on talent training mode of college-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration and,and explore the practical talent training mode which adapts to the demand of economic development. In the process of college-enterprise cooperation,higher vocational colleges should overcome some problems such as weak cooperation basis,low edutainment,and less guidance. Higher vocational colleges should stick to the ＂ win-win＂ principle,deepen education and teaching reform by curriculum system construction,focus on connection with regional advanced industries,adjust and optimize specialty structure,fully develop the effective resource of society and enterprises to push the process of educating,strengthen the construction and investment of practical teaching,cultivate students＇ innovative spirit and entrepreneurship and enhance their practical ability comprehensively.
