摘要
目的:探讨中医情志护理应用于原发性高血压的疗效观察。方法:将98例原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组49例,对照组49例。对照组给予原发性高血压常规内科护理。观察组在对照组基础上,根据中医的各辨证分型来加强中医情志护理。结果:两组患者的血压均得到控制,中医情志护理与高血压常规内科护理有差异(P<0.05);两组患者的生活方式都有一定的改善,但在知识掌握、合理饮食、适当运动、血压监测上结果有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于原发性高血压病患者进行中医情志护理,能有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪,改善患者的生活方式有着更明显的优势,进一步提高了降压疗效。使其患者发病率降低,有效控制了并发症的发生,提高了患者生活质量。
Objective：The observtion of effect of TCM emotional nursing applied to primary hypertension. Methods：98 patients with primary hypertension are randomly divided into observation group of 49 cases and the control group in 49 cases. Control group is given hypertension regular medical care. On that basis,observation group is given the strengthen of emotional nursing according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. Results：The blood pressure of two groups patients is under control. There is difference between hypertension regular medical care and TCM emotional nursing（P〈0.05）;There are improvements to the way of life for the two groups of patients. The results of the knowledge,reasonable diet,proper exercise and blood pressure monitoring are different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：For the patients of primary hypertension,the TCM emotional nursing can release the anxious emotion,improve the way of patients＇ life and antihypertensive effects. It can also decrease incidence and medical complication,improve the quality of patients＇ life.
