摘要
以5组CRH_1型动车组的故障数据为基础,针对故障数据的随机截尾的特性,为提高可靠性建模的准确性,采用故障总时间法对数据进行处理,通过故障分布趋势检验、参数估计、相关性和拟合优度检验确定动车组整车故障过程服从威布尔分布。研究结果为动车组可靠性分析和评价提供了理论依据。
This paper researched five groups of the fault datum derived from CRH1 type EMUs which is characterized by the random censoring. In order to improve the accuracy of reliability modeling, the total failure time method is used to process the failure data. On the basis of the failure distribution trend test, parameter estimation, correlation verification and goodness of fit test, it is verified that EMUs obeys the failure law of Weibult distribution. The results provide a theoretical basis for the EMUs reliability analysis and evaluation.
