Clinical efficacy of using Q-switch 1064 nm laser combined with glycolic acid peeling in the treatment of melasma

摘要 目的:观察Q开关1 064nm激光联合果酸换肤术治疗黄褐斑的有效性及安全性。方法:将58例确诊为黄褐斑的患者随机分为两组,治疗组:采用Q开关1 064nm激光联合果酸换肤术治疗;对照组:单独使用Q开关1 064nm激光治疗。治疗过程中记录不良反应,治疗前后进行m MASI评分,并对患者满意度进行调查。结果:治疗组m MASI评分下降更明显(t=-3.52,P〈0.05)。治疗组有效率83.5%,对照组有效率55.2%,两组间有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.08,P〈0.05)。治疗组的满意率84.6%,对照组的满意率58.6%,两组间的满意率比较有统计学差异(χ^2=4.49,P〈0.05),所有患者未见严重不良反应。结论:Q开关1 064nm激光联合果酸换肤术优于单用Q开关1 064nm激光治疗黄褐斑,且能明显提高治疗有效率和患者满意度。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of using Q-Switched 1 064nm Laser and glycolic acid peeling in the treatment of melasma.Methods Fifty-eight patients with melasma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment was given Q-Switched Nd:YAG Laser combined with glycolic acid peeling. While control group was only treated by Q-Switched 1 064nm Laser. The clinical efficacy was assessed using the mMASI score. The satisfaction and side effects were also observed after treatment.Results The mMASI score in case group decrease more than those in control group(t=-3.52,P〈0.05).The effective rate between treatment and control group were 83.5% and 55.2%,respectively.The results suggest difference statistically signiifcant between the two groups (χ2=4.08,P〈0.05).Satisfaction rate of treatment group was 84.6%,while in control group it was 58.6%,there were statistically significant between the two groups (χ2=4.49,P〈0.05).No severe adverse reactions were founded.Conclusion Combined Q-Switched 1 064nm Laser with glycolic acid peeling can promote the efifcacy and patient satisfaction rates, and deserved an better efifcacy than only treatment with Q-Switched 1 064nm Laser.
